Page 14 - Sketching the Raised Panel - Continued

 Do the same thing from the other side towards the line just drawn...

Select the second (top) line, then on the Format Panel click on the Construction icon to change the line to construction geometry. It should now be a dashed blue line as shown below.

Now connect the two lines by creating a coincident constraint between their end points. Click on the Coincident Constraint tool to activate it, then click on the ends of both lines as shown below...

The lines should now be connected as is shown below.

Now you will apply an Equal Constraint to the lines. Get the Equal tool from the Constrain Panel, and click on both of the lines as shown...
